3rd GEN Toyota 4Runner - Camper Conversion Build Plans (PDF)

As seen on my YouTube channel, having the plans for this build will allow you to convert your 4Runner into a kitchen/bed on wheels.

Want to recreate this build ? Need a starting point to make your own iteration? Either way, these plans are here for you!

Here's what you will find in this PDF:

• Detailed diagrams, dimensions, and material specs. We’ve basically taken the guess-and-check work out of the equation for you.
• Assembly suggestions RE where to glue vs screw vs nail, etc. to make that process less of a mystery
• Wheel-well cover/flap profiles rendered at scale so you can resize, print, and trace. No scribing necessary.

What you will not find in this PDF:

• A step-by-step guide for beginners. There is some ‘connecting the dots’ to be done here. That being said, if you have a buddy with some woodworking experience, you can likely figure it out together :-)
• Drawer Slide / hardware / fastener specifications. We recommend checking out Solid Wood Worx for all your hardware needs, supplied at affordable prices to boot!
• A design that is compatible with the rear passenger seats. Unless you modify this design, you will need to remove the seats for this to work. (It's worth it!)

Here's a quick list of the tools you'll need to get going:

• This PDF, printed at 11x17" for best results
• Table Saw or Track Saw / Circular Saw
• Jig Saw or Bandsaw
• Router and/or a Dado Stack
• Drill / Driver & Nail Gun
• A way to measure, mark, and sand
